Who might you ask is my new best friend….. LIFETIME FITNESS!!!! We have taken the plunge and joined. I have my first workout today. I get 2 hours of free daycare for the kids so I am excited about my little break every day. YES I DID SAY EVERYDAY. I am going to make some real changes and this is one of them. I will be there every day until I loose my weight and am back down to my old clothes size. I really don’t want to be super skinny. I just want to be healthy. AND right now I AM NOT HEALTHY. They have a wonderful indoor pool that the boys are excited about using, and it will be fun to work out with my hubby as well some days. They offer this aerobics class that is to salsa and mambo music that I am thinking about taking. I think it would be fun and different. We will see. I took my before picture today and as soon as i drop the pounds I will post my before and after.

We had a wonderful lunch with family today. Lots of yummy food. We had an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids. They have way to much candy now, but I guess this only happens once a year so that is okay!!!
I had quite the sobering moment at the doctor today. I went in for a check up for my thumb, and they had to weigh me. UGH I HATE IT WHEN THEY HAVE TO DO THIS! I am thinking okay I am going to weigh so much, but NO..obviously my scale has been off by about 15 pounds. I weigh more. I am so disgusted with my weight right now. I weigh the most now, more than ever before. I know I should exersize. Well it is just not that easy. I have 4 kids. So that means I either get up early or do it late after dinner. I am so bummed. I just wish it would fall off of me. I know I am more tired lately and I know it partly has to do with the weight. UGH…I COULD JUST SCREAM! I am the only one that feeds myself….things are going to change.
My bathroom flooded into my Master bedroom. The carpet was so soaked that we could not get all the water up. So me and my great ideas, recommend to my husband that we just tear the carpet out, since we were planning on putting hard wood floors down anyways. I said we cut it in strips it is easier to get it out that way. That was a huge hint to me that I watch to much HGTV, and Flip this House. SO we got half of it out and will finish the rest tonight. So now I have concrete floors in my room. I priced out flooring today, we will just have to get it done sooner than we had anticipated. What a mess!!!
We are having Easter Dinner here at our house. We have invited family over for it and we will have an Easter Egg hunt as well. The kids are so excited. I love watching there faces when they get something new. I bought a cheese cake from the cheese cake factory for dessert, and will smother it with fresh strawberries. OH YUMMY! Wow, maybe that is why I am overweight. I love desserts. And well I did have 4 kids back to back…I guess that might have something to do with it.
Here in the picture below is Bryce on Second base. They won there first game and his hit was the last of the game and gave them there last 2 points. YEAH BRYCE!!!!
And this last picture I took outside my kitchen. They were selling these potted flowers half off because they were supposedly dead. DO they look dead to you? They just needed a little tender loving care. I love spring. Aren’t they beautiful! So crisp, and pure!
So I am going to wait on my store for awhile. I have 4 kids to take care of. A house. Church. A yard. Myself. My husband. As much as I would love to do that. I cant for right now. Maybe in a year or so. So when I complete something I will share it here and maybe just inspire. I am going to participate in a Summer Craft Swap. I am going to be doing it with the ladies at Crafty Daisies. I am really looking forward to that. I am going to try and find a few more as well.
Today me and the kids also made Chore Charts. They each have one. And they will each be earning money every week. They are so excited, and I am excited about the responsibility that they will be learning. They decorated the tops of the charts with stickers. They are pretty cute, as soon as my camera battery is charged I will put up a picture of them.
Well I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter and remember HIM! He died a brutal death for us. Because he loved me and you. I am so humbled by the fact that he could have stopped it all and HE choose not too, because he loved me.
So I started a garden with Ana and our first sprouts of Corn are coming up and our tomatoes are growing bigger, and it all looks great. Today I made tuna sandwiches and cut my own lettuce from the garden to go on it. YUMMY!!!! I think that is so cool. I cant wait to see the tomatoes.
We are keeping really busy right now and I have not had much time to write. We have had baseball games, and meetings, and we have Easter this weekend. I have 5 doctor appointments to go to this month. Not for me, but between all my kids getting there teeth cleaned, and checkups…it is keeping me busy. Bryce starts allergy shots this month. That will keep me really busy. My throat has really been bothering me lately…don’t know why cause I just had my tonsils out and I should not have any problems with that kind of stuff. But in the back of my throat there are white spots. I am going to wait about a week and then make an appointment. I need to get the kids pictures taken. I need to grocery shop. I need to do some more laundry. I am thinking I could use a little vacation right now. I know I just had a get away, but I think a few of those a year can keep a women sane!
I will be taking pictures of Bryce’s game tomorrow night, and some of the kids outside. But I need to shower so I can go pick up Bryce. Enjoy the pictures!
