Oranges…

Today Ben got in the car and said: Mom the oranges you sent me had nuts in them!
ME: What, nuts…there are not nuts in oranges?
Ben: Yes, I was crunching on them, I thought they were a new kind.
Me: WHAT! You ate the seeds. Ben oranges have seeds that you spit out!
Ben: OOOHHHHHHH. Now I know!

Blessed…

I woke up this morning…you are probably thinking well that is great Heidi. I have just had an overwhelming sense of his goodness. We are so blessed. So today here is what I am thankful for…what are you thankful for today?

~My husband…he is so amazing.smart.handsome.funny.sensitive.loving.kind.gentle.faithful. and many more
~Good health
~5 beautiful kids…who bring a lot of joy to our lives and keep me on my toes constantly!
~a home that I love
~some really good friends. And I am really thankful for the new friends that we have made. We lost some very close friends last year, and we knew it was Satan trying to just bring us down due to some circumstances. But what satan tries to take away…the Lord brings back. We have made some incredible friendships with AdvoCare and through the circumstances surrounding Krystina. And I believe one day those friends that we lost…it will come full circle and we will talk again. Sometimes when those that are close to us…they try to impose there “good intentions” on us. But we have to do God’s intentions and we have to listen to his spirit in ALL circumstances. Even when it does not make sense to others.
~My mom…she is one amazing woman
~My sisters…love them so much
~ a car to drive
~a business that it is giving us freedom to live life on our own terms.
~My Savior….there is not enough to say. I just know that he is amazing. He has blessed us in so many ways. And this morning I am in awe of Him for Who HE is. He is everything to me. It is only because of Him that I can do what I do. It is ONLY because of Him that I can take care of 5 kids without loosing my mind. It is only by his grace that I sit here. Only because of his protection that I sit here typing today. His grace is amazing. His love is amazing.

Weekend Away

Can I just tell you I enjoyed my weekend away so MUCH!!! It was just what I needed. Yes I was in meetings with my other half. My wonderful honey! But we are so fired up. We were awarded with “Champion In The Making” award. I was so honored, so shocked when they called our name. We are experiencing such personal growth with AdvoCare. I am just blown away really. We have painted vision for ourselves where we want to be in 5 years. And we will accomplish it. So let me ask you…When you look back on the past 5 years of your life DO you like what you see in ALL areas of your life? If you don’t what are you going to do about it? I would like to hear from you…email me. We did not like what we saw. Do we basically have a good life…YES, but there were things that HAD to change today. Not tomorrow. Not a year from now…today. We have taken hold of ourselves, and we are CHANGING!

and there were more but you would be overwhelmed. It was inspiring. Makes you want to be better. Make a bigger impact on your world and those around you.

The biggest thing for me was that all these athletes…and AdvoCare has many more…many more people that take AdvoCare...they take the products because they work, they are safe. They are tested thoroughly. We actually use Informed Choice based out of England. Check it out too. They test against 196 banned substances, so our athletes know they are taking good products and there is nothing in them to hurt them. Everything is natural. I am so excited. Me and Tony are launching a new SlimPact Program for our community, to help cut down on obesity. When we do not have good nutrition in our bodies, we can NOT function at our optimal best. We just cant…end of story. God did not create us to eat the junk we do, and not live healthy. I am speaking to myself as well. BUT I am doing something about it. I want to be around for my grandchildren, and I don’t want to loose my husband one day. Did you know that in 2005-2006 according the Nutrition Business Journal 72 Million People were obese.

So we are launching SlimPact. We are doing before and after pictures…who ever looses the most weight and body inches…and are taking AdvoCare products will win an all expense paid photo shoot and make over.
