Full Circle

October 3rd, 2008

Well can I just say that I am again amazed at my Lord and Savior. I am again humbled at where I am at. I know our road ahead will not always be easy. We have a whole array of emotions going on. But God is faithful. For the sake of privacy, we are not going to divulge information about babie’s adoption. We want to keep it all private to protect all parties involved. It will be completed with our part by the end of this month. I just want to say one thing. It is beautiful. The Lord has showed us so much during this journey. We see his plan coming into fruition. His perfect plan. This was the Lord’s plan. No one could ever tell me other wise. Let me encourage you to learn to know the voice of the Lord, so when he guides you…you know where to go. And remember sometimes we have to listen just for his voice…we don’t see his footprints. Learn to hear him. Learn to know his power in quietness and trust.

Redeemer - Nicole C. Mullen

Who taught the sun where to stand in the morning?
and Who told the ocean you can only come this far?
and Who showed the moon where to hide ’til evening?
Whose words alone can catch a falling star?

Well I know my Redeemer lives
I know my Redeemer lives:
All of creation testifies
This life within me cry
I know my Redeemer lives, yeah.

The very same God that spins things in orbit
runs to the weary, the worn and the weak
And the same gentle hands that hold me when I’m broken
They conquered death to bring me victory

Now I know my Redeemer lives
I know my Redeemer lives
Let all creation testify
Let this life within we cry
I know my Redeemer, He lives
To take away my shame
And He lives forever, I’ll proclaim

That the payment for my sin
Was the precious life He gave
But now He’s alive and
There’s an empty grave.

And I know my Redeemer lives
I know my Redeemer lives
Let all creation testify
Let this life within me cry
I know my Redeemer,

I know my Redeemer
I know my Redeemer lives
I know my Redeemer lives
I know that I know that I know that I know that I know my redeemer lives
Because He lives I can face tomorrow
I Know I know
He lives He lives yeah, yeah I spoke with him this morning
He lives He lives, the tomb is empty,
He lives I gotta tell everybody

Be Still My Soul - Selah

Selah

Be still my soul
The Lord is on your side
Bear patiently
The cross of grief or pain
Leave to thy God
To order and provide
In every change
He faithful will remain.

Be still my soul
Thy best, thy heavenly friend
Through stormy ways
Leads to a joyful end.

Be still my soul
The waves and winds still know
Still know
His voice who ruled them
While he dwelt below.

Oh what peace we often forfeit
Oh what needless pain we bear
All because we do not carry
Everything to God in prayer.
