Summer going before my eyes

I can not believe that we are at July 4th already. This year is flying by. I remember as a kid….time just slowly passing by. Now I blink and a day is gone. We leave tomorrow for NM to visit family. Today we had church and then ate out lunch with our friends Bruce and Ruth. That is always fun. I just gave Chandler and Benjamin haircuts. And will give Tony one later tonight if I don’t fall asleep!!!! I think Benjamin’s hair is pretty crooked because he kept turning to talk to Chandler and then he would look at me and tell me that he loved me. I really want to get Kaitlyn’s ear pierced. We were going to do it last weekend and then this past weekend so hopefully we will do it this week and I will have a picture to show. Wont she be so cute with little diamond earings!!! Oh I cant wait. Speaking of the little angel here she is at VBS:

Okay now the picture below is of this spider that has decided every SINGLE night to make her web in front of our walk way. So we have to walk around in the grass to not disturb it. The actual web every single night is about a foot and half long , but then the stings to hold it all there are everywhere. Go away Charlotte’s Web we don’t want you anymore:

And my green beans have finally come around. And they are so yummy. I picked a whole bunch to cook and by the time I got inside I had eaten them all. Sweet!!!!!:

Well I do have some really cool stuff that I want to write about, but it is 10:30 and I need to cut Tony’s hair. So it will have to wait. If I have time while in NM I will update with some pictures while I am there.

My little sister

So tonight my little sister got engaged. I am so happy for her and Kyle. Here they are and then the RING….Way to go Kyle on the ring!!!:

Okay are my zinnias not the most prettiest flowers ever. When I look at this I think okay God you spent so much time designing just a one flower….I cant imagine the time that went into designing each human being….WOW:

My birthday dinner. My husband for my birthday found a recipe on Giada and cooked it for me. It was so incredibly yummy. He also made dessert. And I got my IPOD. Thank you babe for a wonderful birthday! You ROCK!!!!:

I had to post at least one garden picture. My carrots are growing. I pulled one out of the ground to see if there was really anything growing. And there is!!! And they are very good. Even that little one which I ate, was sweet and yummy. I cant wait till they are bigger!!! I tell you what doing the little gardening that I am doing, it makes me appreciate the farmers a lot more. They have a hard job:

Tomorrow when I have the time I will be putting up the pictures of Bryce cooking his “Egg in a blanket”. He has been making it every morning for breakfast for us. And it actually tastes really good. Okay it is 1:19 AM and I have a super busy day ahead of me.

Blueberry Picking and Garden Photos

So today we drove 2 hours to this Blueberry farm. They have 96,000 blueberry bushes. AND did you know that they EACH drink 4-5 gallons of water a day!!!! WOW I would hate to see what there water bill is like:

Kaitlyn loved the blueberries. All the kids were feeding her. Though her nice white shirt that she had on…is now all stained. I am going to have to figure out how to get it clean:

My handsome boys!!!!

I bought this little pool for the boys….thinking it was going to be way bigger than what it was!!! They had fun anyways!!! They were giggling so loud! It was great.

Wed we are going to the blueberry farm. And I can not wait to snap some photos of the kids there. I used to pick blueberries with my grandma and I have some really good memories there doing that! Well I have lots to do around the house today!

Aren’t my flowers so pretty. I am telling you what God is stinkin’ amazing. I would love to pick his brain on all the colors he used, textures, sizes, the outdoors is so amazing to me. What a creative God we have!

Green thumb???

I look at this picture….there was nothing there about a month and half ago. Then I planted seeds and now I have all of this. That is right all of this is from seed people.

Did you know that pumpkin has huge orange flowers before the pumpkin comes???

The corn has finally started to show the harvest…

I had no idea that tomatoes flowered before the bloomed….God is so amazing in how he designed all of this….

Wow…my garden is huge…

The Lord will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. Isaiah 58:11

I love how he says he will guide us continually, not sometimes, not when he feels like it, but continually. And that HE can always satisfy us no matter what place in life we are.
